When I click on HELP or CONTACT US on Craftys and Craftys Unlimited websites, Microsoft pops up and says the website certificate is invalid and being used by another website, prompting me to close the site. I use Windows 7 Premium and have been unable to play any courses I select, despite having paid for a year's subscription. This problem only started about a week ago. Interestingly, when I tried on my husband's computer, which runs Windows 10, I could access and play the courses. However, the website certificate issue persisted. I hope a solution is being worked on as I enjoy the courses and the websites. Thank you for your assistance.

I received an email from Blueprint attempting to charge my card, however, I did not have enough funds in my account and I have not used Craftsy. I notified Blueprint to stop the payment and received a confirmation. Despite this, they attempted to withdraw money from my account again. Several days later, I cancelled the card as a precaution, but Blueprint still tried to make another charge after I specifically requested the cancellation. I'm relieved I cancelled the card in time. Thank you, S.W.

I recently purchased 13 Craftsy classes, but they did not install on my new computer after my son set it up. I provided a list of the classes and purchase dates to Joe at Craftsy, but he couldn't find them. After some searching, I discovered most of the classes on the old drives in the new tower. Here is the list of classes I am missing: Machine Embroidery - 10/29/[redacted], Design and Stitch It with Jessica Marquez - 11/19/[redacted], Knitting Class - 11/14/[redacted], Beginning Embroidery PDF - 1/27/[redacted], Explore Artisan Bread, Ultimate T-Shirt, Sweat Shirt Jackets, Pant Fitting, Sewing Bras, Free Motion Quilting with Christina Cameli - 11/11/[redacted], My First Socks with Lucy Neatby - 11/23/[redacted], and Essential Skills For Socks with Ann Budd - 11/23/[redacted]. I have the supplies but need the classes to follow along. I hope Craftsy can assist me in restoring these classes as I am eager to start them now. Thank you for your help. - Kathy

I recently reached out via email regarding login issues. Currently, I'm encountering difficulties accessing my account on both my computer and tablet. However, I managed to watch some of the free motion quilting class I'm participating in. It appears that since the company rebranding, the user experience is not as seamless as it was with the previous Craftsy platform. This situation is quite frustrating. I have attempted to contact you using different email addresses to increase the likelihood of receiving a response. Thank you.

I am interested in becoming a professor for The Great Courses Plus. I received an email instructing me to contact Craftsy, now Bluprint. After reaching out, I was informed that they are not currently looking for new talent. I am eager to create a Hand Sewing class for The Great Courses Plus, as Udemy's current situation is not favorable. Can you assist me in fulfilling my goal of teaching an online course on Hand Sewing?

I recently purchased a quilt pattern called "Whale You Be Mine, High Seas Quilt Kit" that included fabric. While trying to piece the quilt together, I noticed that two pieces, J (5.5 x 5.5 inches) and E (3.5 x 4.5 inches), are not aligning correctly as they should according to the pattern. I followed the cutting instructions precisely, but now there is a discrepancy of one inch. The error seems to be in the heart assembly on page 15, where the bottom half of the heart turned out to be one inch larger than the upper half it was meant to attach to. Can anyone offer advice on how to resolve this issue with the pattern?

I recently discovered that Blueprint, the online platform I signed up for, was not as it seemed. When I changed my email and switched to my new one, I lost access to the classes I had previously purchased under my old email, [redacted] Despite being promised to have those classes forever when I bought them through Craftsy years ago, Blueprint has restricted my access. I am hoping to retrieve my original classes and also cancel my Blueprint membership promptly.

I am very disappointed with my first experience using your felicity shawl knitting kit. Despite following the instructions and using the suggested size six needles, the finished product turned out to be 20 inches shorter and 6 inches narrower than expected. Furthermore, I ran out of yarn before completing the project as directed. The finished shawl does not drape well due to its shortcomings. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement kit with more detailed instructions, at no additional cost. Thank you. Email: [redacted]

I've been a member for a long time, but after resetting my password, I ended up on a 45-day free trial without being able to opt-in to continue or not. My list of reserved items seems to have disappeared. When I searched for a specific item, I found it but it prompted me to purchase it. Are the ownership and management the same now? I tried the chat during the listed hours and got a message saying there was no one available despite it being before 4 PM on a Wednesday with services until 10 PM. There's no customer service number provided either. The changes may be due to the virus situation, but I'm having a hard time navigating the site I used to know. I'm feeling disappointed and could use some assistance. Stay safe, thank you.

Hello, I recently received an offer for a $7 yearly membership, but when I tried to sign up, I was informed that I couldn't use the offer because I had been a previous monthly member. I believe it's misleading to send out offers that can't be honored. It also seems unfair to entice new subscribers with a great deal while neglecting to offer something similar to loyal customers. I appreciate the free month I received, but it doesn't compare to a year for $7. This experience has made me question the company's policies. I have noticed that even when it was called bluprint, there were no yearly advantages for loyal subscribers. I prefer how Creativebug handles their offers. Thank you, Jessica.

Craftsy has recently rebranded from Bluprint. I have noticed that while reviewing my account, the site is not recognizing my subscription even though I have been consistently debited $14.99 monthly from my checking account. The current advertised rate for membership is lower, at $7.99 per month. I would appreciate it if this discrepancy can be rectified promptly, granting me access to my premium membership and adjusting my automatic payments accordingly. Thank you.

I paid $2.95 on November 28 with my Visa credit card for a year's membership to Craftsy, expecting automatic renewal after a year. There were many classes and resources included in the membership. However, I did not receive confirmation of my membership and when I tried to reset my login details, my email was not recognized. I am unsure of my membership status and what I paid for in the Craftsy email offer. I need assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I purchased a one-year membership for $2.49, expecting automatic renewal after a year. I haven't received any confirmation about my membership benefits or access to classes without extra fees. Can Craftsy please clarify what I received for this $2.49 fee? Also, I am curious about the costs associated with classes if there are additional charges for members. It would be helpful if Craftsy could explain the implications of signing up and provide confirmation of my membership status.

I'm Elizabeth Arthur, a Craftsy premium member who renewed my membership in October [redacted]. However, I've been unable to access my account since then despite the payment being processed. I've attempted to reset my password without success, tried contacting support through messages and phone calls to no avail. The latest response mentioned that my account is blocked, which is frustrating me. I urgently need assistance to regain access or a refund of my fee. Thank you, Elizabeth Arthur.
