The issue in GetHuman-flinnny's own words
i have a ctraftsman riding mower, model ***.*****. in september, both sisdes of the frame broke, making it totally inoperable. the first tech they sent confirmed this and told me to schedule follow-up tech to install new frame. at this time, i paid $***.** for the service call and who knows what. new frame was delivered to my address, and i scheduled *nd tech to do final repair. (the frame is warrented for five years, i've had mower * years.) *nd tech shows up and tells me they don't do frame repair. he calls his boss and tells me sears will replace mower. after ** calls to sears*black & decker, hours on hold, i am no closer to having this situation remedied than in september when it happened. i called * different numbers today and spent a total of ** minutes on hold with no one taking my call. my next step is to take this issue to court. i don't know what else to do. please advise.
