our tv is not receiveing the coxsignal. after cox did a repair in our neighborhood, my one tv was fine , the second one will not receive cox programming. the box *****EMG*** was tried to restart, unsuccessful. unplugged the unit numerous times as asked, unsuccessful. what do i so now?
