I was scheduled to have my COX cable system installed today. I was preparing to do the interior work, but I didn't want to disconnect my existing cable, until the outside work was done. So I called COX to see how long it might be till the tech showed up. I was told that a crew had been out on the *th of August and completed the work. Why wouldn't they knock on the door and tell me what they had done? If they had I could have shown them what needed done. I have been out there, and they DID NOT do anything. I probably could do it myself, but I'm not about to. **Where I am right now, is if COX doesn't get the work done, I'm going to have to cancel my order. It takes about a half hour to get anyone on the phone, and when you do, they argue about something that I am standing there looking at. I am sure a tech would know a better way to do this job, but if I can't get them out here, I not going to be able to hook up the rest.
