Help with my Cox Communications issue

I spoke with a representative who said his name is Joe and want to confirm that the order for a bronze package for cox equipment has been placed. When can I expect to be notified about getting my cox equipment and connections. I requested television, telephone, and internet connections.

GetHuman-lou_davi did not yet indicate what Cox Communications should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-lou_davi fixed the problem
I'm a total moron when it comes to this sort of thing, so I figure I'll just seek the help of those who do this for a living and ask for their help, recommendations, tricks of the trade, whatever it takes to get a successful result, i.e., I would expect the cox technicians or whatever they call themselves to know how to have the equipment ready for proper use, all cables in the right place. etc. I'd welcome any clues from those familiar with cox communications . I would expect customer service to mean just that, as well, helping me, the customer, to be able to watch the networks I've requested for sports and news, nationalgeographic, the animal planet, CNN, MSNBC, etc.
