We have had cox cable for a long time! We have a house, and a small guest house on our property. Our cable has always been combined with one box in the main house, and one in the guest house for when we have company. Recently, my husband went to see if we could get our cable bill lowered, and they took off some of our channels and brought us a security camera. Now our cable doesn’t work. There is no cable signal in either house. We just had a technician come out, and he said there was nothing he could do. He told me to call cox and explain the situation. Well, my husband called cox a couple of days ago and explained the situation, and they sent him out. What is going on? I feel like there if you can turn the cable off without coming out, you can surely turn it back on without coming back out. We have been loyal customers for years, but this is enough for me to say goodbye! Please rectify this situation.**Thank you, **Karen Woo
