My internet bill has increased to an amount way above my current budget of what I can afford. I signed into chat and the agent stated they would leave notes on my account and gave me a * to call in the morning. She said they could certainly assist me with some type of loyalty*military credit of some sort. When I called in the morning, there were no notes on my account as stated and the customer service agent did not assist me in any way except to tell me no there was nothing that could be done. I have been getting offers to bundle my Directv service with my internet which I have been holding off on only to remain a Cox customer but so far, no one has been able to assist me. Is there someone in the organization that could possibly assist me to remain a customer? Thanks in advance.
