I always have to call and they go thru an hour or better but eventually they will give what they call a promotional deal to lower my bill ... I just got off the phone with your “loyalty” department never have I been treated so rude. After *** years of having Cox service always paying my bill on time now that I am old and on a fixed income you tell me oh well your screwed we don’t care that you are on a fixed income. You just keep jacking up my bill every month till I cannot afford it! Maybe Dish is better everyone says so I am just blown away by the poor customer service or “loyalty” to your long standing customers!!!!
I think they don't care it is not they don't realize they do not care about their customer on a fixed income
