Pay my monthly ... ********** Chatted with Jhon A about Cox not receiving my payment (AGAIN). I received email saying it was not received yet. I also called and spoke with Anthony (in Collections) and he confirmed no receipt yet. He seemed to want to blame it on “the mail.” I mailed it on January **,**** at a local USPS drop box. It should not take ** days or longer for your Receivable Dept. to receive this.*This happened in November **** too. At the time Cox had my payment in their possession (according to my bank) even though nobody could confirm this when I called in daily to check on it. I mail all my bills on time and Cox is the only one who seems to have issues receiving and processing them. It seems like this creates more work and headaches than is necessary. One occurrence is bad enough but two within a month- unacceptable.*I would like someone at Cox to look into this matter and find out what is happening. It worked fine for many-many years until recently so something must have happened to change this process.
Cox's non-receipt of my payment (by check by mail) is causing undue frustration.
I want a manager or supervisor to look into why this is suddenly happening & repeating.
I'm on time paying my bills and have been with Cox for many years.
No- because I know this process CAN work. Something is amiss.
