I would like to chat with a retention officer. My bill has steadily gone up over the las few years. But recently, it went to ** dollars. I spoke with an agent who explained that we had been lucky to have a lower bill over the years. He also said that our new bill was more realistic. Two laters my bill became **.** dollars. I am almost afraid to make contact with Cox for fear that my bill will rise again. In short, I would like to discuss the possibility of lowering my bill. If not, I will seek another internet service. It won't be as good as Cox, but it will be half the price.
