I was trying to find a human being to answer some questions about my current bill and see if it can be lowered. ... My bill increased by $**.**. Would like to replace promotions to seriously reduce my bill. I have had nothing but fast busy signals and "on hold" for ** plus minutes and the line goes dead. I have had two chat sessions - first one resulted in fast busy phone *** *** ****. Second chat with Sergio was satisfactorily completed. Spending a goodly amount of my day trying to talk to someone has been a bit frustrating. Phone *'s that did not make contact with Cox:*** *** **** *** *** **** *** *** **** *** *** **** *** *** **** all fast busy signals - *** *** **** on hold for ** plus minutes and the line went dead. What I want Cox Communications to do is answer a phone.
All I really want to do is talk to somebody. And the longer you wait on hold or listen to fast busy signals, the more frustrating it becomes and the more I just keep trying because I don't want to spend another day being frustrated,

This time around I signed on with Cox on Dec. **,****. We left Cox because Directv was a much better plan. Then they started raising our bill regularly. I called Cox and got what - at the time seemed a pretty good plan. Expected some increases over the first two years - was double billed for the sports package for a while, but you corrected that with a lower bill for a couple of months and then no double billing.
Not sure what else there is to try. You have more information than you want with all the above questions. But who knows, maybe this the "anything else".**Hope this answers all of your questions.
