Foreign person talked me into bundling when I really didn’t want it and I couldn’t really understand what they were saying due to accent. Was not at all happy with cox TV programming and within a year my bill went up. Cox said it was because we streamed a movie which neither of us did because we don’t know how. We are elderly and live alone so no streaming was done! The Cox representative berated and pummeled me for over ** minutes insisting that I did not want to cancel the TV because it would negate the bundling price. He was very rude and did not listen to me at all. I knew the price of Cox internet would go up if I kept that but I didn’t care. He wouldn’t relent and continued with his harrassing. Now that I have been thinking about it for awhile I am increasingly angry at Cox and especially angry at the representative with whom I talked. I want to have my Cox internet cost reduced on principle. Is that possible?
