Cox Cable has been jacking me around month to month and I call them almost every single month. This month, they have charged me for a return check* however, my bank account at Chase was breached and they made me close my account and open a new one. Over a week prior to my automatic payment was to go through, I called Cox to give them the new number and to change the direct debit to my new account. They refused and told me they were going to charge me a $**.** fee. After talking to numerous supervisors, etc. I am refusing to pay the $**.**, but they won't credit it and now have charged me $*.** late fee on my bogus $**.** fee even though I paid my bill on time. Now they are threatening to turn off my cable even though my regular payment is not due until November *, ****
