A Cox technician rang our doorbell at *:** am on October **th, ****. I called Cox and they could not confirm that a technician was sent out. We do not even have Cox as our carrier, but he said our backyard housed the "box" for our area. I cannot imagine why anyone would wake us up at *:** am to fix an outage that could have probably waited until *-* am. I called Cox again that afternoon and spoke to someone in Arizona. I live in Edmond, OK. Having someone come in our backyard at *:** am is unacceptable.
