Good morning! On October * I set up my account for automatic payment. When I checked my bank account, it is not showing that a payment was made for this month but my bill was due either the *st or *nd of October. I just checked my Cox account and it says that that was not paid . I thought because of set it up on automatic payment, that it was paying for this past month ...? I can pay the $***.** that was due this month but I don’t want this to affect my credit . Can you help???
