I spoke to a Loyalty person name Wes on ******** and he lower my month payment to $***.** for the next year. So I called last night to verify before setting up automatic payments and I get a person who said, no your monthly payment will be $*** and some change. Come on, I was given another discount due to my discount falling off. This Wes was very nice and also told me I only owed $**.** which I paid already. I new facts and realistic facts.
