I was told that once I signed up in February of this year for a bundle contract, I would be able to get a rebate Visa gift card worth $***.**. After my ** days, I completed paperwork on line and was given a nine diget tracking number that never worked. I contacted Cox by phone on a great number of occasions, but seem to get the runaround. However, I was told that the card had been sent out in June, and was used by someone. I was told that there was a pending investigation into the matter, and once it was complete, a new card would be issued. How GetHuman-djlashle fixed the problem
I just made a phone call to their corporate offices to plead my case. Within a day I was tod that a new rebate card would be sent to me by certified mail within *-* weeks. They were very understaning as they checked the records.
