My name is David Mazur my bill has been raised to $***.** per month. I have the Silver bundle with Internet service. My neighbor has Direct TV with more channels than I have plus he also has internet service. His bill is $***.** per month. I see that new COX customers can get my bundle with **X faster internet than I have plus phone service for $***.** per month. I think it is awful that you would treat new customers better than someone that has been with you for almost ** years and has put a lot of money into your business. Thanks for any help in advance*I trust that Cox Communications will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.*Help with my Cox Communications issue
