Courtyard Miami Dadeland Miami fl ********** * Checked in Sunday ** sept and ckecked out * September.on the night of ** aug at **** pm I returned to my room *** to find a roach crawling up the wall....I called the front desk twice befor they sent some up to kill it ..also this person had a big spray container of bug to spray my room..they didn’t even offer to change my room.the next day at check out I asked what they were going to days off about it.the assitant manager asked me if I had proof that this happened.i told him what had happened and he offered me a free breakfast,,,,really after I fount a roach you think I want to eat breakfast there..he took off **.** for parking and took me to call the manager on Monday...I did that but he wasn’t in again his name John maisano...I picked this hotel because it had just Been redone...I had two room that week as my husband was in the hospital totaling more than **** dollars...I do believe I am due a refund on my room *** for the total nights I stayed there I have now been on hold on the phone more then half an hour...and you call this ***% customer satisfaction?......
