I stayed at the Courtyard Fairfax Adair oaks on April **th through the **th.**I paid through a *rd party and all of my transaction was successful, however, upon check in I gave the front desk a different card for my incidentals and was chard a holding fee of $** which was explained as $** per day. The next day there was an additional holding charge of $*** which they could not explain. **I went to the front desk to get an explanation and was told they didn’t have any additional charges on my card other than the $** incidental fee.**As of Monday April **th I cannot receive my funds until the * week process has passed and this has also caused a huge inconvenience on my finances.**I want to be reimbursed for my inconvenience as this is not good business especially when no one knows why the charges occurred.**I would like to receive an email or phone call regarding such poor service as it pertains to my stay at Courtyard Marriott Fairfax Fair Oaks VA**Thanks.
