Hello, I am experiencing high levels of frustration right now. I tried reaching out via your Twitter support page but did not receive any assistance. I am visually impaired and rely on voiceover on my iPhone as our computer is no longer working. Due to financial constraints, I have been attempting to claim a $75 cashback offer from [redacted] for a couple of weeks. Yesterday, with the help of my husband, we managed to secure the offer. However, I encountered difficulties during checkout due to accessibility issues on one [redacted] flowers' website. I struggled to find the PayPal option and faced challenges with my bank card, which was flagged for possible fraudulent activity. Despite several attempts, I was unable to complete my order before the offer expired. I reached out on Twitter seeking an opportunity to redeem the offer the next morning due to extenuating circumstances, but received no response. I have been a member of Coupon Cabin's Cash Back program since [redacted]. On 11/22/[redacted], I encountered an issue when I inadvertently created a second account by signing in with Facebook, which resulted in my cash back from a $[redacted] purchase at Puritan.com going to the new account. I realized my mistake immediately and do not need the second account. The $23 cash back should be transferred to my original account. When I see that couponcabin.com is showing amazon.com offering a $[redacted].00 bonus on $[redacted].00 orders, does that mean if I order $[redacted].01 at Amazon, I only pay one cent for that order? How can I confirm if I am officially registered as a couponcabin.com member? I receive their regular emails. What is the most comprehensive way to learn all about couponcabin.com? How frequently can I utilize the offers displayed in each couponcabin.com email as a member? Thank you. - Bradley

I have encountered some difficulties with my account. The first issue is that it has been restricted without any explanation from the third-party security team. Despite my attempts to inquire via email, I have not been provided with a reason for the restriction. I assisted my 80-year-old mother in signing up for Coupon Cabin using her phone while at my home due to her limited computer skills and early-stage dementia/Alzheimer's. I informed Coupon Cabin of this, and they stated that helping her sign up violated their terms, resulting in the cancellation of her account. Although her account was not accessed, my account was restricted shortly after attempting to purchase a second gift card. I am upset and confused by the situation and feel unfairly treated by Coupon Cabin. I rely on their site to save money as I am on a fixed income. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I have been a Coupon Cabin member for several years now using my email address, [redacted] Unfortunately, I am currently unable to log in to my account. Through a mistaken process, I also have another account under [redacted], which I believe I have never used. I have tried contacting support with my [redacted] account to explain the situation, but I have not yet received a response.
