Upon being unable to locate an item at [redacted] Plank Rd #[redacted], I approached a female manager for assistance. However, she and another manager were engrossed in personal conversation, only acknowledging me to mention there were 42 boxes. With no further aid, I continued searching until 20:00, then returned to inform them of my struggle - all managers present disregarded my request. After enlisting the help of a young employee, we still couldn't find the item that supposedly had 42 in stock. At last, the manager appeared with my missing item, dropping it in my cart before walking away. When I inquired about its location, she vaguely pointed towards Isle [redacted]. Despite our efforts, the item was nowhere to be found. Disheartened, I paid and left the unfriendly atmosphere created by the absent managers. My experiences at Costco on Plank Rd have generally been positive, except for encounters with rude and unhelpful managers during evening visits. I've even noticed managerial mishaps like double-scanning items and rushing customers unnecessarily. Although I've shopped at this location for ten years, Costco's customer service should be improved to benefit all members, myself included.

I experienced an issue with the Costco appliance delivery team. They damaged the gas line connector of my dryer and refused to haul away the old appliances, which should be included in the delivery package. I was concerned about my safety due to their poor customer service and lack of appropriate tools. I had to reject the order to ensure my safety. Additionally, a Costco team member behaved unprofessionally by ranting and cursing on the way out. I have been waiting for over two weeks for a resolution. I am requesting the repair cost for the damaged gas line, estimated at $[redacted] from Roto-Rooter Plumbing, and I am also looking for a customer-oriented delivery team that values customers. The new appliances should not be open box items. For safety reasons, I prefer not to deal with the same delivery team. I urge for a prompt resolution as I have already been waiting for more than two weeks.

I want to express my admiration for Costco and their products. I am concerned about the removal of the Organic No-Salt Seasoning from your shelves. Many customers, including myself, are trying to reduce salt intake due to health reasons like high blood pressure. This seasoning not only enhances the flavor and appearance of food but also aids in browning techniques. I use it in dressings and cooking meat. I believe many others share my sentiment and would appreciate if you could continue stocking this product from Kirkland. It's the best in taste, flavor, and convenient for kitchen use. I recently received a notification about a class action settlement involving Schiff's Move Free (Glucosamine supplements), a product that Costco carries. I primarily purchased this item from Costco, so I assume that's how they identified me. To claim for purchases exceeding three bottles, I need proof of purchase. Since I've used my Costco Visa for these transactions for many years, could you provide me with confirmation of my purchases dating back several years? I ordered a dining room set online from Costco and experienced numerous delays and complications with the delivery process. Initially scheduled for delivery in late June, the table did not arrive until early August. The delivery team found damage, leading me to refuse the delivery. Despite assurances of a refund, I only received $85 back instead of the full over $[redacted] amount. After contacting customer service several times, I was given conflicting information, and the refund was not processed promptly. The lack of coordination and slow refund process have been frustrating, and I hope to resolve this issue swiftly.

I recently bought a Taylor scale from Costco and discovered a different scale inside. The battery holder was also broken. Initially, the manager hesitated to process the return, but eventually did so after my complaint. I felt unfairly treated and embarrassed as a loyal Costco member of over 12 years. I reassured them that I would not engage in any fraudulent behavior. I suspect the item may have been returned previously with a different scale put back in the box. Though the issue was resolved, I was displeased with the experience. I possess all the purchase receipts and suggest tracing the barcode to investigate the situation. I believe an apology is warranted for the misunderstanding and the way I was handled, despite having done nothing wrong.

Upon reviewing the order confirmation, I noticed that the Shipping Address is accurate, but the Billing Address is missing. Initially, both addresses were the same. Perhaps the inclusion of our purchase order number before the company name caused an issue. I plan to revise it by moving the purchase order number to after the street name. I need assistance with my recent order from New Age. The set was supposed to arrive by October 25th, but it arrived on November 8th. While there was no visible damage to the boxes, some issues arose. Most of the doors do not align when closed, and there seems to be no way to adjust them. Additionally, one cabinet door is damaged, causing it to scrape and making it challenging to close. The stainless top also has some bends and blemishes. As the items are heavy and I cannot repack them to return to Costco, I am seeking solutions to address these problems. I visited your store yesterday to pick up my yearly check as usual. When I tried to pay with my full stamp card, the cashier didn't follow my request, even after I explained multiple times. She insisted on processing the check first, then the remaining amount with a card. As a single mother on a tight budget without a car, it was crucial for me to use the food stamp card first to manage my expenses. I intended to have some funds left to purchase a hotdog for my other child. Frustrated, I left the store without completing my purchase. My wife, L.P., worked at Costco for 19 years and I gifted her a pair of diamond earrings she unfortunately lost. Costco no longer stocks them. The item number is [redacted], with an appraisal date of 07/14/03. They are described as 14kt white gold, diamond heart earrings with a total diamond weight of 0.98 or greater, a VS-2 clarity, and I color. I seek information on the manufacturer for a replacement. I placed an order for an Apple Watch SE a few days ago, and it was scheduled for delivery yesterday by 9 pm. According to the tracker, the package was left at my front door, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I searched thoroughly, even in unexpected places, but had no luck. I have already filed a claim on the UPS website, but I'm feeling anxious as I have upcoming travel plans in 5 days and I need the watch before that. I reached out to Member Services on December 7th and spoke with Sylvia regarding my situation. I explained that I no longer have my Costco card or membership number as it's been years since I visited the store. Despite canceling my Costco Visa credit card, I was still billed for the membership fee, the only charge on the card. Sylvia assured me she would issue a refund for the membership fee and promised to send an email within 24 hours. However, I have not received any email, and Citibank continues to contact me relentlessly about the balance. At 92 years old, I feel mistreated by both Costco and Citibank. Costco, I urge you to take immediate corrective action with your pig suppliers regarding the use of cruel gestation crates. It is very distressing to see these poor living standards for the pigs. Despite Costco's claimed policies, there has been no significant improvement in the treatment of pigs by your suppliers. It is crucial that Costco demands specific changes to ensure the well-being of these animals and align with its own mission statement. I made two separate orders to Costco for caskets for my mother's burial. The first one was out of stock, and Prime Casket asked me to cancel it before placing a new order for an in-stock item. After canceling, they explained they couldn't ship to a freight forwarder to send the casket to the Bahamas. These orders were made on 12/14 and 12/15. Currently, I have not received a refund for either order, and I am struggling to reach a customer service representative to inquire about the refund timeline.

I recently discovered that Costco's Kirkland water contains hypochlorite, which my wife is allergic to, making it taste like chlorine! I tried to reach out to the number provided on the Kirkland water packaging to address my quality concerns, only to find it led me to an automated concierge service advising me to contact the manufacturer for assistance with other products. I am reaching out to request assistance with either exchanging my defective OLED 65" C1 AUS TV (Order # [redacted]45) that I bought for $1,[redacted].99 on January 6, [redacted], or adjusting the price accordingly. Upon setting up the TV on January 11th, a blue line appeared down the middle of the screen followed by a complete loss of picture. After contact with LG's service department and a visit from Mr. Mike Mortazavi from American Consolidated Electronics, it was determined that a new screen is needed. Given the TV's initial defect, I believe a replacement at no additional cost or a significant price adjustment is warranted to maintain the integrity of the purchase. As a retiree, this investment is substantial for me, and I trust in the quality of products from both Costco and LG. As long-time Executive members of Costco, we had a positive experience at the Niantic, CT warehouse recently. While visiting the Optical Department with a glasses issue, Summer provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Despite my foot injuries, she went beyond by arranging help from Christopher in the Carriage Department to assist me to my car with bulky items. Their kindness stood out in today's world, and we appreciate having such dedicated employees like them at Costco. Customer care plays a vital role in upholding Costco's reputation alongside its competitive pricing and selection.
