My membership will renew Nov *, but I don't want it to. I have an executive membership and want to downgrade, and also DO NOT want it to renew automatically. Have tried calling membership and get NO ANSWER -- re- routed to the main answering message again and again. Also can't find an option to change any of this membership stuff at my account on line. HELP
