I lost my husband in July **** and the following year I renewed and advised my husband's death and my membership was automatically renewed. This year the renewal notice was again addressed to my husband and I advised again that my husband had died. I then received a new membership card *********** (previous number ***********). Owing to the virus I have not travelled far and therefore have not been to Lakeside, Thurrock. I spoke to someone at the Membership Department the week before last and was advised there was a mistake as they had me down as not being a member. They apologised and said they would get this corrected and I would get the offers coming through again but I have still not heard anything. When I go on line into Costco the message is "you have now been removed from our mailing list". I should be most obliged if this fault can be rectified without further delay. Thank you.
