Dear Sir*Madam, **I would like to address a recent issue I have with a product I purchased at Costco through an online order. The product I purchased is an LG-refrigerator. The problem with the LG is that it no longer cools or freezes. That being said, resulted in lots of groceries going to waste. **In addition, my LG is under warranty through square trade purchased along with the fridge. I tried to resolve this issue with Costco customers service for hours today, instead, I frustrated myself, even more, being transferred back and forth from the concierge help desk to customer service. **Furthermore, neither of them were helpful. Both were horrible ! I really mean it horrible, disaster, helpless and much more. *Costco( concierge desk and customer service ) suggested calling square trade and LG company, which I did. even though I have insurance on the fridge, square trade finds some type of code in their policy to hide from, trying to avoid responsibility to service the unit." Supposedly that particular passage on their policy prevents them from servicing the cooling issue. At that point I was speechless, frustration got even worse. Then it was Square trade! **Moreover, my wife calls the LG company. After a while on the phone, my wife was told that someone from LG can take a look at the unit, then labor and parts would be at ridiculous costs. She was outraged from the outcome.**At this point on, the ball is everyones court, Costco being the leader, followed by square trade and LG company.**As I mentioned to your customer service on case number ********, I shall take legal action against Costco and others for all the damages caused and for a full refund of the unit.**Cordially,*Juljan Prendi*Costco member.
