Dear Sir or Madam,***I am a big Costco user and thanks for reading my letter. Here is my situation. I went back to China last November and stay till now. I didn’t cancel my account at that time, because I didn't know that Costco membership card is annually automatically deducted. Yesterday I log on my Citi bank App to check my account situation, and I just found out that my Citi bank account was charged for more than one hundred dollars for the membership fee. That was out of my expectation and that is not a small amount of money for me. Could I get the refund because I didn’t use any of the service of Costco card since last November? Could I also close my account for both Costco and Citi bank?***I tried to call, but it is international call and it is not very convenient.
