I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T* ****D camera (Order Number *******) I believe? Costco Member card number: ************. The camera package was received yesterday. Upon looking at the contents, I opened the package containing the camera strap and started to attach it to the camera but of the two sides of the camera carry strap, one side had a strap mount eyelet and the other side did not although it did have an Eyepiece cover attached, as illustrate don page ** of the Basis Instruction Manual.*I cannot attach the camera strap to the camera without the other strap mount eyelet* whoever packaged the camera strap omitted adding the second and vital strap mount eyelet, without it, the strap cannot be secured to the camera.
