I purchased a set of hearing aids in January ****. My purpose for the purchase was for seeking better hearing for conversations I felt I was missing. I have been disappointed in obtaining better hearing for that purpose. Light switches clicking, outside noises - yes! Voices of individuals - No! Very disappointed in that. I tried to make it happen, but it never did. Approx * months ago I got an ear infection, NOT caused by the hearing aids, but had to stop using them during that period. It was a particularly bad case of infection lasting * - * months. I finally got it under control and resumed wearing the hearing aids. I finally have come to the conclusion that my reason for purchasing the aids have not been met. I would like to return for refund - even a prorated one. I’ve been a customer of Costco for over ** years. Sincerely, Mike Crockett
