Purchased item via order ********** on Nov **. Order was handed over to CEVA Logistics for delivery. This delivery was agreed for Friday, Nov. **, between **pm and *pm. No delivery was made and I, the client, was NOT informed of any delay*cancellation. I waited at my house for this delivery - wasted my entire afternoon. Called Costco.com and was told to expect a call from the resolution team - still waiting. *Contacted CEVA Logistics and was given no reason why the delivery failed - just a "sorry that this happened". Now I am told by CEVA call center agent that I have no choice but to wait until Friday, * December, for the delivery. How is this acceptable customer service? Really? Why must I wait even longer when you all messed this up? I did the deal with Costco and I expect your company to make good on this and stop wasting my time and impacting me. *I want this delivery expedited as a matter of urgency because this type of customer service, after you all messed up, should not be dumped onto me, who duly paid for an item and agreed delivery.
