Hi, I recently purchased the two fright fast passes for the Queen Mary Dark Harbor ($**.** value). I am not sure if too many passes were sold and the Queen Mary was not prepared, but the event was completely unorganized. It took nearly three hours just to get through the parking lot, and we were then told it was full and given incorrect directions to another lot which had a shuttle. The shuttle took forever. When we finally got to the event the "fast pass" lines were just as long as regular lines and it was going to take nearly * hours just to enter the event. Our tickets were never scanned and we never went into the event. I am hoping for a refund because like I said, they never scanned our tickets. It was highly unorganized and unprofessional. Please advise me if I will be able to get a refund. Thank you so much.
