Order**********.*I was charged $***.** for this order (Lifetime Rough Cut *** gal. Deck Box), to be shipped to our rural home. It was sent Fed Ex* their tracking info listed it as delivered. It was not (checked with my neighbor, who also did not receive it. both he and I have had Fed Ex problems before). They likely left it out by the mailbox at the county road where a passerby snatched it. Too lazy to drive down our long drive and leave it by the gate.**Contacted FedEx, filled out incident paperwork *******-******) Oct. *. Received one phone call a couple weeks ago-nothing since. They plainly are not going to deal with this.**Can you please get me a replacement box. Rainey season is coming soon. send it UPS if possible.**Thanks, Mike Hallock
