I placed an order on ***** for groceries which should have arrived yesterday. UPS has no record of ever receiving the package so the customer service rep from Costco told me there was nothing that could be done. I want to know why I pay for a membership for a company that doesn't care why I get my order or not? Order * *********. I'm so mad because the representative basically told me oh well, there's nothing that can be done.
GetHuman-dexe did not yet indicate what Costco should do to make this right.
