My husband purchased two movie passes for **.** each. He then registered both of us ( I am his wife ) for the one movie per day movie pass card. My card was cancelled by Movie Pass in July, claiming that I was a monthly only pass, for * movies per month and that I owed them money. It took * months to reach movie pass, and they have punted it to you, claiming they have no proof I had the Costco plan ( even though my husband's did work out the way it should have). We have lost * months of using this card, and that is really not cool. Tell me what you can do to help recover my lost months and continue my movie pass for the year that we paid.
GetHuman-realgunt did not yet indicate what Costco should do to make this right.
