I ordered a shelf rack wanted to when I saw the order on the email it said one I have been ** minutes trying to find how to change the order to two I called customer service by me a man by Thomas answered it was rude and fast and wound up when I told him but he should report that they should take a look at Amazon ease of ordering or changing while I was talking to him then he hung up this is not the type of service you would expect from a company like Costco I'm very upset and I'm about ready to cancel my card thank you and I still have not been able to find how to change the order
