Pilot Service Stations put a $***.** hold on my Costco Visa Card. I have alerts set up on my Costco Visa Card. The email I receive for an alert when I have made Pilot charge is DIFFERENT from the alert I receive for a normal charge to my account. *The first time this happened, I called the customer service * on back of my card. Customer Rep looked at the account and assured me that the charge for $*** did not appear on my charges. ***. Is it actually a 'hold' of $*** on my credit line?**. Does the alert come from you, from Costco, or from Pilot? **. If from Costco Credit card company, why is email appearance different from my other alerts from you?**. It would be helpful if customer service reps were fully aware* of Pilot's policies.* *Thank you for your time. **Carolyn Fulmer
