Help with my Corsair issue

Hello, I have just recently purchased a brand new K** Lux keyboard with Red LED backlighting on Amazon. For the first day I was having a great time with this keyboard. On the second day of using this keyboard I started noticing this strange glitches and malfunctions with the keyboards mechanics. For example, I was just typing normally on my keyboard when I realized that almost an entire row on the keyboard was not responding to my commands. The row being the tilde key all the way through the zero key. Another problem I have with the keyboard is that the Lighting button, next to the windows lock button, is not actually changing any lighting effect on the Keyboard whatsoever. The button changes colors but the LED lights underneath the keys are not activating. I have tried different usb ports as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboards software and I also updated the firmware updates to my keyboard. Nothing has changed. I was wondering if I could send the keyboard back to get it repaired, or be given some more information on software that I may be missing to correct these issues, or to send the keyboard back in altogether to get a full refund.
GetHuman-pkrantz did not yet indicate what Corsair should do to make this right.
