I need some urgent help to get my reservation number for a shifted flight since I've been simply ignored by the local staff.**Copa in Lima refused to board me for my flight at **.**.**, shifting my flight to **.**.**, as they told me by the phone, but I still haven't received my ticket by email. When I call them, they promise to send soon and saying that they are "busy". I've been waiting for * days already and my flight is said to be in ** h. They also don't reply to my emails I sent to the person in charge.**The reason they didn't board me is probably not legal, too. I had a document (Reentry certificate) issued by the Russian Consulate in Peru as a replacement of my stolen international passport. The Consulate said it is valid in each country*airport where I was going to have connections (only first two flights were with Copa, * flights in total), everybody knows this document and there will be no problem if the flight connections will be in transit zones (which they were going to be). Copa's staff member didn't believe the info my Consualte provided and decided to call all the airports and airlines. According to her words, she couldn't reach Santo Domingo in her investigation, and my flight was going to be shifted. The next day I received first and the last email from her saying that they checked and I can go on with the planned route with my document (as expected). Promised to send the "new ticket number and the itinerary" next morning, and it's not morning already and even not the next day, and I'm still waiting.*Not only the financial losses we are having during this delay, but also they cannot complete the process in the time promised, causing days of extreme stress for nothing!**For now I would really appreciate some help getting my flight details.
