Get a new phone that works. ... I purchased a Coolpad Legacy the first week of August from Boost on a payment plan. About three weeks after I starting using it, I noticed it was restarting itself randomly. Turns out it wasn't random, it was someone trying to call me. Instead of ringing, it restarted itself. My husband and I purchased these phones at the same time and he has experienced the same thing. Boost says that their seven day return policy applies. They said that the phones are still under your warranty. Please help me, I just want a phone that works. We are on a fixed income, that is why we choose the payment option. We can't afford to purchase another phone. Can you replace these phones with new ones?
