Hello, I purchased a pair of Converse Unisex Chuck Taylor leather sneakers for my daughter over a year ago. I assume that voids any warranty, but wanted to inform you that we were disappointed as the shoes began falling apart after several months with infrequent use. I wanted to share a picture displaying the damage on one of the shoes, where the toe and the side are separating from the shoe. The image portrays the shoe's overall condition, and I believe the shoes shouldn't deteriorate within that time frame without any misuse. I couldn't attach the pictures here or locate a customer support email. To resolve this issue, I kindly request a replacement with shoes of the same or equal value. For further discussion, feel free to reach me via email at [redacted] or on my mobile at [redacted]. Thank you in advance for addressing this matter promptly. Regards, Dallen G.

Last week, I came across a pair of low-top customizable Converse shoes on the Nike website. The color I selected was silver/glitter/sequin, among other options like white, ivory, and rose gold glitter for $85. There was no information about them being limited edition. Today, when I tried to order them for my wedding in August, they were no longer available on the site. I don't have a style number, but I have a screenshot of the shoes. I'm wondering if these shoes will be restocked or if I need to look elsewhere. I can email you the screenshot if needed since the online chat isn't working. Thank you for your help.

Dear Converse Team, I am a 10-year-old girl named Charlie, in the 4th grade, who has a foot condition causing bunions. I have loved wearing White Hightop Chuck Taylors since I was 2, but my doctor advised against narrow shoes like Converse. Despite searching for wide Converse, I've been unable to find any. The store staff mentioned adult sizes might be wider, but I'm not there yet. Trying orthotics in my old shoes didn't help, and I'm envious of my friends who wear Chuck Taylors. I've considered knock-off wide Converse online but hesitate due to uncertainty. I wish for wide Chuck Taylors to be produced to bring back my favorite shoes. It would mean a lot to me if Wide White High-top Chuck Taylors were available. Please consider this request. Sincerely, Charlie Copeland

I purchased a pair of Converse around Christmas [redacted], just five months ago. They have only been lightly used, yet the soles are already separating from the sides on both shoes. This is the third pair in a row over the last two years that have had the same issue, regardless of the style. I have been a loyal Converse customer for over a decade, and I have older pairs that have lasted much longer. Is this the new standard for Converse? Shoes that are more expensive but have a shorter lifespan? I am disappointed and considering finding a new go-to shoe brand if this continues. I can send pictures if necessary. Please address this issue promptly.

I encountered issues with your online chat system and struggled to contact customer service via email. After locating this means of communication, I experienced disappointment on a recent visit to the Pleasant Prairie, WISC Outlet Store. Despite being loyal customers who purchased many Converse shoes in the past, we discovered a security tag left on our recent purchase. This oversight resulted in an additional two-hour round trip to resolve the issue, inconveniencing us and incurring extra expenses. While the employee apologized, we were not offered any compensation for our wasted time and resources. As valued customers, we expected better service, especially considering our loyalty to your brand over the years.

To whom it may concern, Hello everyone! I want to share my long-standing love for Converse shoes, especially the white, low-cut Chuck Taylors I've been wearing for over 40 years. However, I've noticed a significant decline in their durability. The recent pairs I bought from J.C. Penney in Clarksville, Indiana, have not held up well. Within a month or two, they started falling apart, particularly the glue that holds the rubber soles in place. Even light exposure to rain or a puddle causes them to come apart. Despite my attempts to repair them, they quickly become unwearable. I used to rely on Converse for their toughness, but now I question their quality. I hope the brand considers improving their adhesive to prevent this issue in the future. I've been a loyal customer for decades, and I believe many others feel the same way. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Paul G.

I have two pairs of Converse sneakers, one from my dad dating back to the mid-1990s, and another pair I purchased in late April of [redacted]. Regrettably, the [redacted] pair has disappointed me due to its poor quality. After only a month and a half of occasional wear, the rubber side is peeling off, the canvas has torn, and the sole is detaching. In contrast, my dad's vintage pair, despite being well-worn before I started wearing them daily in mid-May, has proven to be more durable. It's now mid-August, and the older shoes are in better condition than the new ones. Though I initially considered requesting a replacement, I am now more interested in understanding why the quality of Converse has declined over the years. How can a renowned brand like Converse allow such a drastic difference in quality between the '90s shoes and the recent pair I bought in [redacted]? I feel compelled to bring this to the company's attention so they are aware of the issues customers face with their products. Thank you for your attention. Best regards, C. Brant

Hello, I'm Fern E. Rhedrick, a long-time Converse fan eager to grab a pair of unique sneakers but facing issues with using my in-store gift card received post completing a survey. I am eyeing the orange #165385C and 164090C in size 10.5, which are currently unavailable at the store, making it impossible to utilize the gift card's discount. Despite being able to apply my military discount and opting for PayPal credit for flexibility, I struggle to maximize savings without the in-store gift card's application. Visiting the store to place a special order isn't fruitful due to their limitations. Any assistance in overcoming these hurdles and securing my desired kicks would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,*I go by the name Fern E. Rhedrick, and I am 62 years old. I have been a loyal customer of Converse sneakers for many years. I recently received a $10 off gift card for completing an online survey, but I am having trouble using it in-store. The specific sneakers I want (165385C, 164090C, 164425CC, and 164424C in women's size 10.5) are not available at the store near me. Although I can apply my military discount, I am unable to use the $10 off gift card. I am also interested in paying via PayPal credit for the flexibility it offers. I have two $10 off in-store coupons that I would like to utilize. While I am willing to visit the store in person to place a special order, the store I usually visit does not have this option. Can you assist me in finding a solution to this issue? Thank you.

I recently visited the Riverhead, New York outlet store to shop for my unborn baby's first pair of Converse shoes. Upon arrival, I asked an associate for baby items, and she directed me to the infant shoe rack with onesies and socks. She explained that shoes were buy one, get one 70% off while accessories (onesies and socks) were buy one, get one 50% off. Excited about the sale, I started shopping and proceeded to the register. Another associate confirmed the sale and began ringing me up. However, when I added more items, a third associate, claiming to be the manager, informed me that all items were buy one, get one 50% off. Despite my explanation of the previous information, he refused to honor the initial discount. The manager's behavior was rude and dismissive, causing me to leave all my items and ultimately reconsider shopping at Converse. This experience was disappointing considering my love for the brand.

Dear Converse, I recently purchased a pair of navy blue Converse unisex sneakers from Myntra in October [redacted]. I have only worn them 5-6 times, and after washing them once, the color faded. When I contacted Myntra's customer service, they informed me that the shoes were not washable, only meant to be wiped with a dry cloth. Despite paying [redacted] Indian rupees for the shoes, I am disappointed in the quality. I feel let down by Converse and Myntra for not providing proper care instructions and for not assisting me with an exchange. I hope you can address this matter as it has left me quite upset. I have a 13-year-old boy whose birthday is this week. We have attempted three times to purchase the newly released shoes from your site. However, every time we add them to our cart and proceed to checkout using PayPal for a smoother process, the website crashes. The help chat also disconnects, and despite waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, the staff hangs up after a brief conversation. It seems like bots are interfering, as these shoes are being resold online at inflated prices shortly after. Genuine fans like us are getting frustrated as we keep encountering these issues. The lack of resolution and customer service is disheartening, and it's disappointing to see these practices tarnishing Converse's reputation on social media. All we want is to purchase a pair of shoes for my stylish son. Thank you.

The decision to re-release the Converse x Golf Le Fleur shoes was well-received. However, the implementation of the release left much to be desired. It is disappointing that a company like Converse does not seem to have effective bot protection in place. Whether this lack of protection is intentional or not, it undermines the purchasing experience for genuine customers. While reselling items is a common practice, giving unfair advantages to individuals using bots is unjust. Many consumers work hard for their money and appreciate the opportunity to buy desired items at a fair price. When popular items sell out instantly and resell for exorbitant prices due to bot usage, it understandably frustrates customers. Despite claims of efforts to prevent bot usage, witnessing multiple individuals effortlessly buying numerous pairs on social media platforms only adds to the frustration. Thank you for listening to my perspective. Wishing you a pleasant weekend. Best regards, C. K.

Hello, I purchased a pair of Converse Men's CT II (Leather) Boots in Brown from Sport Check at West Edmonton Mall about a year ago. I have been wearing them casually, but unfortunately, the inner liner of the left shoe ripped off easily from the back where it was supposed to be stitched in place. Over time, the hole has been getting larger, and there are threads coming out from the top of the inner liner. On the other hand, the right shoe has no issues. It seems like there is a quality issue specific to the left shoe. As a first-time Converse buyer, I am slightly disappointed in the quality and how quickly it started to break down. I would like to inquire about the possibility of receiving a replacement. I have photos available for further clarification. Kindly contact me via email for additional instructions or questions.

I recently bought a pair of Converse sneakers, the Unisex CT AS SP OX White Monochrome. I want to mention that there should be a warning about the slipperiness of the soles on wet surfaces. I slipped on a manhole cover after a rain shower while wearing these sneakers and fell hard on the sidewalk. The lack of traction was alarming. My husband, in contrast, wearing Skechers, had no issues with slipping on the same surface. Thankfully, I wasn't seriously hurt, but the risk of a severe injury is evident. I've heard similar feedback from friends who have experienced slipping in their Converse shoes too. It would be beneficial to address this potential safety concern.

To whom it may concern, I purchased a pair of black All Star Converse sneakers less than a year ago. Despite not wearing them often as I am a teacher and do not wear them to work, I noticed today that the right shoe felt different. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the soles of the shoes had detached from the outer rubber. I am concerned that the sole might completely detach in the near future, posing a safety hazard. I am disappointed in the quality of these sneakers, given the reputation of your company since [redacted]. I am reaching out to address this issue with the low top black All Star sneakers I purchased. I look forward to resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Judy E. M.

Hello, I purchased a pair of Converse sneakers while on vacation in Florida in March [redacted]. Upon returning to Germany, I discovered that I received two left shoes in different sizes. I contacted the Florida store, and although they were helpful, the replacement shoes sent to Germany were returned to the US due to an error with my last name on the shipping label. After discussing the issue with the store manager, the only resolution offered was a Ticket Discount valid only in the USA. When I suggested having the shoes resent with the correct name or picked up by a relative in the US, there was no response. It's now February, and I still have a brand-new unusable pair of shoes. Thank you for your attention.

Dear Sir or Madam, A few weeks back, I ordered three pairs of shoes from Converse.com. I selected shoes for both myself and my mom, with sizes 40 and 38 in Europe, corresponding to 26.5 cm and 25 cm. However, upon receiving the Chuck Taylor 70 model, the sizes were not as expected. The shoes labeled as size 42.5 and 27.5cm in fact had insoles measuring 29cm. This issue also occurred with my mom's shoes. Living in Ukraine without access to a local Converse store, I had a friend purchase the shoes in the USA and mail them to me. Now, I am unsure how to proceed with an exchange given the sizing discrepancies. We followed the sizing guides on the website accurately but received the wrong sizes. Despite the inconvenience, we genuinely like the shoes and hope to exchange them for the correct sizes. Considering the circumstances, I am hopeful that an exception can be made for us to return the shoes and request the proper sizes. If sending them to a European country where Converse is officially available, like Poland, is an option, that would be ideal. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this situation. Best regards, Mariia

I recently bought a pair of shoes for my son. Unfortunately, the first time, the wrong size was delivered. Upon returning them, the replacement was not only the wrong size but also the wrong shoe entirely, causing further frustration. Despite initial resistance, I was informed I couldn't exchange the incorrect shoe for the right one directly. Following multiple interactions, even with someone claiming to be a manager, the problem remains unresolved. After complying with return instructions and an unsuccessful attempt to re-order due to the item's unavailability, I received a refund. However, the desired shoe is now out of stock. I believe the situation could have been handled better, and I'm seeking prompt resolution. For more convenient communication, I prefer discussing this matter over the phone at [redacted]. Given the inconvenience and time wasted on calls and returns, I hope for a satisfactory solution. My order number is #[redacted]40. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered a pair of black and white Chuck Taylor All Stars on Amazon, which are my go-to shoes. Unfortunately, the pair I received has an issue where the sides are not properly attached, even though the toe and heel are fine. I missed the 30-day return window as I had already discarded my old pair before noticing the defect. I believe I received a defective pair due to a Friday afternoon special deal. I have both photos and receipts as evidence of this problem, but I am unable to attach them here. These shoes are my favorite, and I have been wearing predominantly black or red Chuck Taylors since I was 5 years old. I am now 36, and this is the first defective pair I have encountered, so I understand these things can happen. I remember there being a warranty from Converse, and I purchased the shoes on February 6th. Sincerely, ~Nic Worrell
