Find out if I'm a current member. Log in. (I think I'm a member, since I just got a request for information on products I've bought.) ... I think I still am a member. Contact info below. Can't log on, due to past usernames or passwords. I've tried re-setting everything, but it seems I'm going in circles. Am I a member right now? I've tried to call. Nobody there. No online chat. I spent several hours a week ago trying to reset username, password, etc., but keep getting locked in circles. I just want
I'd like a human first to tell me if I'm a current member. And then to help me get signed up with a solid username and password. I believe the fact that I've joined and un-joined over the past thirty (?) years has resulted in conflicting passwords etc. I need an override. (And I need to research kitchen sinks and faucets!)
If I was a so-so customer would I deserve *nd rate service? (Sorta kidding.) I first became a customer at least twenty-five years ago. Way before online anything. I've dropped and resumed customer-ship several times, I'm sure.
