My electric company has me put down as a no contact all because we have to call and get clarification and they are saying we are arguing with them over there billing cycle. This latest bill I received i called to ask why i have been getting charged * months in a row with late fees. After getting yelled at by there representative when we have been asking to speak with a manager. They tell us they send the bill out the *st Wednesday of the month but we dont receive the bill until after the **th of each minth and have been getting late fees on all bills. Then they turn around and tell us that the last payment was received on the **th of last month but we're still late according to them which doesnt make sense at all. They need the irs to go thru there books and they all need to be taught a lession in cuatoner service. The last time i called back in which took * times i was then inforned that that is a manager which is funny that all if the sudden the person is a manager. We always pay the bill within * days of receiving it and they keep telling ud were late? All of my other bills for my house are paud and received on time but this is the only bill that no matter what were late theres something fishy going on with Elmhurst mutual power and light company and the need to be investigated. Were elderly and it feels like they are taking advantage of the elderly. As a consumer in the US we all have electricity and have a company we go thru how is it they tell us rhat they send the bill out the first wed of each month but it takes over * days to receive when they are in the next city from my house? It seems like they think they can do whatever it is they want to do which is not how a company should be acting like.
