First time ever, after many years I got a subscription cancellation e-mail with no prior reminder or renewal offer. I renewed with a different offer which was last week. Today I received the special renewal offer, I usually receive first , and would have used it instead. I paid **.** for ** months and no gift offer to someone else. I would like to have the gift offer to give, since all the survey drawings I do, has never given me a free one year.
