I attempted to renew my subscription online *-* times yesterday-my deadline for renewal was ** Nov **, without success. It took me "forever" to find your phone * and of course, you were closed as it was a holiday, for which I commend you. However, I have been unable to locate that phone * to call back today. I just happened upon this avenue with which to contact. I wanted to cash in on your buy one get one for free for $**, which was your first offer. So now that my deadline has passed, am I entitled to any discount on renewing * free sub? I do want to tell you the reason given for not being able to renew was that they could find NO name, address, etc., to match what I had entered where it requested that info on the renewal form. How complicated does this have to be? thanks.
