Help with my Consumer Cellular issue
The issue in GetHuman-deetale's own words
No instructions on how to remove the battery (I pulled up the little flap and tugged gently but the battery did not come out and I didn't want to damage anything so I put the microsoftSDHC card back in place, reinstalled the cover, plugged the phone into the charger and it is now charging in increments while apparently installing all the tech stuff.* *What I need to know is how can I change the battery when needful if I can't remove the old one?
GetHuman-deetale did not yet indicate what Consumer Cellular should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Consumer Cellular too
How GetHuman-deetale fixed the problem
Found out I was trying to set up the phone using the "quick start" booklet enclosed with it. We thought it should have come activated--and it did* but I had to read the paprwork on the sale of the unit to find that out. So the phone is now set up and I am entering contacts as I get to them. However, I still don't know how to remove the battery if I ever need to replace it.
