I called on my C.C, phone Galaxy J* for help with installing my new Galaxy A**. The lady I spoke w? asked if I wanted my J* to still be activited, and I said, no. Not realizing I had no other way to talk to her, and with that my phone went dead. Tried going on line, but due to me changing my google account several times I could not do that. Tried my yahoo,com account and that would not work either. My e-mail account is : *****@***.com. Please respond soon or I will take this new phone back to Target. I am ** years old and need a phone that works. Thank you. Lorraine
