I have made this complaint seeral times by phone, on line chat, and letter and no response by you. I have requested a response each time. I ordered a Doro phone on May **, ****. The numbers were sticky and would put number up several times. Other times the phone would freeze up and could not do anything. To resolve the problem, the same answer every time, take battery out and put back in. It would work, but had to do this a number of times each day. Returned the phone before trial period expired. The phone was returned to me with letter saying phone had physical damage, deep cracks in the keypad by the hinge of the phone. That phone was not dropped nor abused. I was highly offended that you would think I would return phone that I knew was absued. I looked for another flip phone that would be compatible with Consumer Cellular and could not find one. I needed a phone. I went to Target and bought another Doro. After a couple of weeks, a small crack appeared and has expanded. The crack is the identical crack that was in the one I returned to you. I have pictures of the phones, but do not know how to send them to you. Seems the phones may be defective. Your operators admitted problems with Doro phone having sticky numbers and freezing and can not use phone at all. After numerous complaints and request that someone contact me, no response. I have not ask for refund for that phone, but after the issues with no response from you, I do want a credit. Please respond to this message.
