Upon power-up, my Doro*** indicates "insert SIM". I have had this phone for * years with no problem. Sometimes i power down and re-powerup an it goes away. I opened the back, removed and reinserted the SIM but the problem of "insert SIM" still persists. I cannot use my phone. I called the help line but the wait was LOOOOOOONG.
