I was trying to send a text to a family member since I had been paying for it for over * months, but had not tried it before May **th. ... I ordered and recieved a new phone Mar ****. I went from flip phone to Motorola MotoG*Power. I went from just phone on the flip phone to texting and data as well as phone on the Motorola. That was Mar ** ****. I was told my rate would increase from $** to $** plus tax of course, with this new program. So I was being charged the higher rate, but had not tried to use the texting until two days ago. May **th. Messages would not go, kept getting message sayin message is blocked. Yesterday, May **, I called customer service to find out why my texts were not working. I was told it was turned off. I questioned as to why it was turned off when I was being charged for the services? I then stated I wanted a credit for the two months I was charged for services that I was not given... I was told again there was not going to be a credit cause there had been usage. Again I questioned how could there be usage if the services were turned off? Anyway, she turned my texting and data on and it is now working. I just want you to know I don't think it's a good business practice to be charging for services you don't have. At this point I am very disappointed in CC and I assure you I will think twice before recommending this company to my friends or anyone else... Thank you Carole Dvorak
Because I was getting a message blocked message.
I think I should be credited for the two months I paid for this service, but actually didn't have it..
I have been a customer at least * years if not more.
Nothing other than talking with a customer service rep.
