To Whom It May Concern,**On the morning of ********** I visited the Target Store within the Christiana Mall in Delaware to find out if my newly acquired Verizon cell model A** could be transferred onto the Consumer Cellular system.**I was very displeased with Verizon. I recently replaced an old phone only to find out that they added Insurance, Cloud Services, and the HUM Device without my knowledge. My monthly cell bill was also increased due to the new phone.**The first question I asked the Consumer Cellular folks within Target was to ensure my new Verizon A** model cell phone could work on the CC system. They assured me it would and I signed up for a new less costly plan. Three hours later after several tech calls, a visit to the local Verizon store, and more calls with your Consumer Cellular techs I was informed that the A** will not work on the Consumer Cellular system. **I had two choices - ***Ask Verizon to re-port the number back to the A**, this would induce a cost. I would not get any refund from Consumer Cellular.***Procure a Consumer Cellular phone and install the SIM Chip. Your cheapest, and I do reference cheapest in the quality format, was $**.*Frustrated beyond my limits I could not be assured Verizon would take the number back, not without some very high cost. Therefore, I procured and activated your Motorola XT****-*. **I have worked for the Federal Government for ** years, we would call the XT****-* a throw away and*or chew toy for our K-* dogs. The device is very poorly constructed.*If I was told at **AM that the A** may not be able to connect to your system, I would have walked away and picked up some items on the way out of Target. But your folks did not. *I spent three hours attempting to get the A** activated only to be told it could not be done.**I am retired and my funds are very limited. When I worked for the Feds we used to call companies such as yours Fired, Barred from any contracts, and Forbidden to enter our office area. I have seen bad contractors, criminals, crooks, and con-people during my years in the government. I do place you and your Verizon counterparts within those descriptions. How dare you promise something then later say oh well it will not work, have a great day. I have been retired for nearly three years and my influence in such matters has faded. But I can ensure you I will notify every friend, foe, and relative of your methods. Your company has no honor, value, or worth.
