To have my switch from Verizon to Consumer Cellular required me to physically go to a CORPORATE Verizon store * I visited the Corporate Verizon On Mississippi & Abilene (Aurora). Jessica was most helpful as I needed a pin from Verizon so the transfer could take place. The "on-line chat" with Verizon only served my initial level of frustration - as ALL of the passwords I gave to the CC rep were declined by Verizon. Happy to say my corporate Verizon store visit was successful and I am now a CC customer - joyfully at *** the price I was paying Verizon.......
